When an appointment is scheduled for you, we reserve that time exclusively for you. Therefore, we require 24 hours’ notice for all canceled or rescheduled appointments. Last-minute (same-day) cancellations or reschedules will be charged a late fee of 50% of the total service price for any service spanning one hour. If the treatment spans longer than 90 minutes, any last-minute or same-day cancellations or reschedules will be charged 100% of the total booked services. If you miss your appointment without notifying us, your card will be charged a cancellation fee, which is non-refundable.
Any promotional offers canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee for the total booked service that day. For spa package visits, cancellation of fewer than 24 hours’ notice will cause you to forfeit the package visit or visits for all booked services for that session.
